Abstract
In order to investigate the serotype and drug resistance of Haemophilus parasuis in some large scale pig farms in Shaanxi province,as well as to provide basis for prevention and control measures,this test carried out a pathological examination of 60 sick pigs from three large scale farms. The bacteria isolated from liver, lung, lymph node and joint fluid were collected and cultivated for further drug resistance test. The results showed that 42 strains wereisolated, and among them one strain belonged to type 1(2. 38%),eight strains belonged to type 4(19. 05%),fifteen strains belonged to type 5(35. 71%), three strains belonged to type 12 ( 7. 14%), thirteen strains belonged to type 11 ( 26. 19%), one strain belonged to other type(2. 38%) and three strains belonged to uncertain type(7. 14%). Susceptibility test results showed that the isolated strains were highly sensitive to azithromycin, sulfamethoxazole, triimethoprim florfenicol and lomefloxacin, moderatelly sensitive to levofloxacin, tilmicosin, gentamicin, norfloxacin and sulfamonomethoxine, insensitive to ceftiofur sodium, streptomycin, erythromycin, lincomycin,ciprofloxacin and doxycycline.关键词
