山东省游艇产业发展策略研究
On the Developing Strategy of Shandong Yacht Industry
摘要
Abstract
The overall situation of yacht industry in Shandong Province was researched and sum-marized,including industrial chain,industrial technology and necessary service requirement, which were finely deconstructed in this paper.The current internal and external factors influen-cing the development of yacht industry in Shandong was summarized through systematic matrix a-nalysis on strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of yacht Industry by expert scoring method.SWOT analysis method was also used to study the developing strategy of yacht industry in Shandong,then the suggestion on sustainable developing strategy of the yacht industry was provided.关键词
