Abstract
The paper analyzed the storm tide prevention ability of Dalian City based on the height measurement data and research results from field work.Proposals to strengthen the tide preven-tion facilities,function the forecast and warning alarm,improve the emergency response mecha-nism and enhance the publicity were provided as the references for policy makers.关键词
