Abstract
Coastal beach reclamation can mitigate the contradiction between residents and land, promote the social and economic development,but also makes local fishermen facing the sea-lost issues.According to the latest statistical results,this paper analyzed the current situation of rec-lamation in Jiangsu coastal beach and the developing and utilizing status of Yancheng beach recla-mation,combined with the"908"project survey results.The paper also summarized the impact of beach reclamation development on fishers through field researches.Finally,against the major issues of using sea compensation,the livelihood of employment and social security,some sugges-tions and measures were provided accordingly:improving the use of sea compensation standards, establishing economic compensation system,extracting the private plots,and providing skills training,broadening employment channels,establishing sea-lost fishermen minimum living secur-ity policy,building fishers social pension insurance system,improving the health insurance policy fishermen and fishermen employment security policies.关键词
