The Key Points of HSE System Construction in Oceanographic Survey
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of oceanographic survey,an HSE management system inte-grated healthy,safety and environmental management,which emphasized prevention before hand and continuous improvement has been applied in this area,to better establish and improve the oce-anographic survey standard measurement and quality control system.In this paper,several key points had been studied,included risk assessment,risk control,and performance appreciation in o-ceanographic survey.The points required to be paid attention to in practice were also discussed.关键词
