摘要
Abstract
The “structure evaluation system of marine functional zoning scale”was put forward in this paper.The marine functional zoning area as the variate of different administrative units in the sample reflects the proportion of the present functional areas structure by the indexes of “marine functional zoning similarity coefficient”and “marine functional zoning quotient”.This paper also examined different sample areas'proportion structure similarity and their advantages function. Based on the empirical research,the conclusion is:Zhejiang,Fujian,Jiangsu is divided into a clus-tering (λ= 0.997 887),which has higher similarity proportion of marine functional zoning struc-ture.Advantages of functional areas are:Shandong Province's port shipping district,mineral and energy district,tourism and leisure entertainment district;Zhejiang Province's port shipping dis-trict,marine protected district;Guangdong Province's agricultural fishery district and reserve dis-trict;Fujian Province's mineral and energy district,special use district;Jiangsu Province's Indus-trial and urban use district,special use district;Tianjin City's port and shipping district,industrial and urban district,tourism and leisure entertainment district.Combining the proposed evaluation system and the social and economic development of the study areas can make a more in-depth a-nalysis and draw more specific qualitative conclusions,which will help to adjust the marine func-tional zoning plan scientifically and effectively in the practice.It will achieve overall development, between the land and sea,and it may help to guide the ocean management on the macro level.关键词
