Design and development of an auxiliary decision-making system for smart distribution dispatching fault in urban power network
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces an auxiliary decision-making system software applicable for urban power dispatching department, which assists dispatchers to make decision for dealing accidents through three procedures: faults diagnosis, faults recovery and visualizing decisions’ information. The process of faults diagnosis assures the accuracy of orienting the faults’ section via stratifying and dealing with faults’ information. The process of faults recovery improves the rationality of faults recovery decision by targeted making evaluation criteria for faults recovery schemes. The process of visualizing decisions’ information provide intuitive and effective display of auxiliary decision through displaying real information the dispatchers need from massive faults’ information. This software thoroughly consider dispatchers’ necessities of making decision, and its feasibility is proved through examination conducted in a city’s power grid adjustment platform.关键词
