大容量肺灌洗对肺尘埃沉着病患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响及意义
Effect and significance of large volume lung lavage on T lymphocyte sub-group in patients with pneumoconiosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects and significance of large volume lung lavage on CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood in patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods 50 patients with pneumoconiosis who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2014 to September 2015 and given large volume lung lavage were randomly collected.30 healthy males undergone physical examination in the community clinic in our hospital at the same period of time were also collected.The expression level of CD3+,CD4+and CD8+T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood in pa-tients with pneumoconiosis before lung lavage and 1 week after lung lavage was tested.The expression level of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood in healthy males was also tested.Their expression levels were compared and the comparison results were analyzed. Results Compared with the healthy control group,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T lymphocytes,and CD4+/CD8+ratio in the peripheral blood in patients with pneumoconiosis was reduced respectively (P﹤0.05);After 1 week of large volume lung lavage,CD3+,CD4+ T lymphocytes,and CD4+/CD8+ ratio was increased respec-tively(P﹤0.05),and CD8+T was reduced(P﹤0.05). Conclusion The cellular immune function in patients with pneumoco-niosis is reduced,and large volume lung lavage is able to increase CD3+,CD4+T lymphocytes,and CD4+/CD8+ratio and reduce CD8+T lymphocytes for patients with pneumoconiosis,so as to improve the cellular immune function of patients with pneumoconiosis.关键词
