Abstract
Objective To establish a method for RP-HPLC determination of syringin in Ile x rotunda Thunb.. Methods A Kromasil-C18 Column (250 mm×4.6 mm) was used with gradient elution using methanol-0.5% acetic acid as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 290 nm and the column temperature was 30℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the samplem injection was 10μl. Results Linear ranges of syringin was 0.3051-6.102μg (r=0.9992),respectively.Its aver-age recoveries was 99.67%. Conclusion The RP-HPLC method established in this experiment can be used to deter-mine the contents of syringin in Ile x rotunda Thunb..The method can also be used as the standard for the quality con-trol of Ile x rotunda Thunb. because of simplicity,reliability and accuracy.关键词
