摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide reference for rational and safe drug usage in clinic by analyzing adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports in our hospital. Methods From January to December in 2014,ADR reports from every department were collected by our pharmacy department,and were calculated and analyzed in order to explore the characteristics and gen-eral law. Results There were 114 cases occurred with ADR in total in 2014.Forty-two kinds of drugs involved in ADR. The anti-infective drug was in the first place followed by Chinese patent medicine.Intravenous dripping was the most likely to lead to ADR accounting for 85.96%. Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened in clinic and ratio-nal drug use should be paid attention in order to reduce and avoid its recurrence.关键词
