摘要
Abstract
Objective To certify the selection proper position of traditional Chinese medicine external use stains col-lapse treatment can effective improvement the modern condition of COPD patients on the stable phase and enhance the life quality of patients. Methods 60 COPD patients on the stable phase,SAS and SDS scores had no significant differ-ence(P>0.05),from January 2014 to March 2015 were average divided into treatment group and control group.The treat-ment group was treated with salbutamol,theophylline sustained-release tablets and topical stains collapse Chinese medicine liver and lung in two parts of treatment.The control group was treated with salbutamol, theophylline sus-tained-release tablets and topical treatment of lung collapse stains.Anxiety,depression and life quality of patients be-tween two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in treat-ment group was lower than that of control group respectively(P﹤0.05).Before treatment,the GQOLI-74 score between two groups had no significant difference,but GQOLI-74 score in treatment group was obvious higher than that of control group after treatment(P﹤0.05). Conclusion Selection proper position of traditional Chinese medicine stains collapse can effective improve the modern condition of COPD patients on the stable phase and enhance the life quality of patients.关键词
