摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of yin-nourishing and heat-clearing decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in treatment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium. Methods 106 patients with cervical ec-topic columnar epithelium from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided according to odd-even numbers into the observation group and the control group,with 53 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by external use of Baofukang suppository;While patient in the observation group were treated by external use of Baofukang suppository combined with oral medication of yin-nourishing and heat-clearing decoction.The cura-tive effects was compared between the two groups after four weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P﹤0.05);The symptom scores (erosion area,erosion degree, lower abdominal pain degree,leucorrhea, and total score) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group respectively after treatment(P﹤0.05),which were without significant difference before treatment (P>0.05).The inci-dence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Combined application of yin-nourishing and heat-clearing decoction and Baofukang suppository in treat-ment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and ac-celerate the healing of erosion,which plays an important role in the improvement of therapeutic effects and life quality of patients.关键词
