优质护理服务在外科门诊护理工作中的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing applied to surgical operation on outpatients. Methods 50 patients in surgical operation on outpatients from in November 2013 to July 2014 after the implementation of the quality of nursing service were chose as the observation group,from January 2013 to October before implementation of the quality of nursing service 50 cases were chose as control group. The control group were given conventional nursing,and observation group were given high quality nursing.The two groups were observed in the blood pressure change.The pain of patients were observed by VAS.The negative emotions of patients were investigated with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).The satisfaction of nursing service in two groups were observed by way of questionnaire survey. Results After the high quality nursing service, DBP and SBP preoperative and intraoperative of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P﹤0.05), The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P﹤0.05),The scores of VAS in the control group were significantly higher than that of the observation group (P﹤0.05),The satisfaction rate of observation group was 98.0%,was significantly higher than that(84.0%) control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can promote the work of outpatient surgical nursing,improve negative emotions of patients,further improve the quality of outpatient surgical nursing.It not only can improve the psychological status of patients,also can ease the pain of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
