人文关怀护理在耳鼻喉内镜检查中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of humanistic care in endoscopic examination of E.N.T.. Methods 154 cases of patients with endoscopic examination of E.N.T. in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2014 were se-lected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group had 77 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given humanistic care nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Emotion status and nursing satisfaction in two groups were observed. Results The incidence of adverse emotional in ex-perimental group was 32.5% (25/77),which was lower than 80.5%(62/77) of control group,and the difference was statis-tical significance (P﹤0.05).The nursing satisfaction in experimental group was 96.1%(74/77), which was higher than 64.9%(50/77) of control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.05). Conclusion During endoscopic examination of E.N.T.,using humanistic care nursing can obvious enhance patientˊs satisfaction with the hospital ser-vice,remission the relationship between doctors and patients.It is worthy of clinical popularization and Application.关键词
