社区老年性便秘的中医护理干预

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention in community elderly constipation. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with constipation treated in our center from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medical nursingtechnology liked acupressure,acupuncture and diet regulation on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing effect,nursing satisfaction and re-lapse status in two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in control group was 52%,total satisfaction was 38%,and relapse rate was 86%.The total effective rate in experimental group was 96%,total satisfaction was 96%,and relapse rate was 12%.The differences between two groups were statistical significance (P﹤0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the symptorn in elderly patients with constipation,en-hance therapy satisfaction and has better late result.关键词
