摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value effect of risk management in the application of dental implantation nursing. Methods 120 patients who conducted dental implantation in Shaoguan stomatological hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing and patients in observation group were used risk management intervention method.Value effect contained incidence rate of risk events,patient satisfaction and service quality were compared be-tween two groups. Results The incidence rate of risk hazards in observation group was obvious lower than that of con-trol group.The patient satisfaction was 85% in observation group,obvious higher than that was 21.67% in control group (x2=48.35,P﹤0.05).The value of nursing quality in observation group was (81.5±0.2),higher than that was (60.1±0.3) in control group.the difference statistical significance (t=111.67,P﹤0.05). Conclusion Conducting risk management during the nursing of dental implantation operation is helpful to reduce the incidence rate of risk hazards,enhance nursing quality and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.关键词
