Abstract
Objective To explore application of high quality nursing and its clinical effect after kidney stone treated by flexible ureteroscope and holmium laser. Methods From April 2013 to January 2015,135 patients with kidney stones by surgical treatment in our hospital were selected.According to a random number table,they were divided into nursing group (n=78)and control group (n=77).The clinical conditions by different nursing methods were compared.The occur-rence of patientsˊ complications and nursing satisfaction were recorded by medical staff in order to compared and ex-plain the clinical effect by high quality nursing after surgery. Results In the nursing group, there was inflammation in 3 cases,inappropriate pressure control in 1 case,and residual calculi in 1 case.In the control group,the number of inflam-mation,inappropriate pressure control,and residual calculi was 15,7,and 6.After comparison,the occurrence of complica-tions in the nursing group was greatly lower than that of control group (x2=20.75,P=0.000).In the nursing group,the number of extreme satisfaction,satisfaction,and dissatisfaction was 45,30,and 3 in turn,and the rate of satisfaction was 96.2%.In the control group,they were 21,29,and 27 respectively,and the rate of satisfaction was 64.9%.After comparison, the rate of satisfaction in the nursing group was superior than that of control group (x2=24.19,P=0.000). Conclusion Surgical high quality nursing can effectively improve the clinical effect of kidney stone treated by flexible ureteroscope and holmium laser as well as increase patientˊs satisfaction.关键词
