摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of early nursing intervention on prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 90 neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy from April 2012 to November 2014 of our hospital were selected as study object. Patients were divided into control group and study group according to the ad-mission number,and each group was 45 cases.Patients in two groups were given different nursing mode,patients in con-trol group were given routine nursing and patients in study group were given early nursing intervention.Clinical condi-tion of two groups were compared. Results After nursing for 6 months,exercise and mental development index in study group were better than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.05).The DQ after nurs-ing in study group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.05). Con-clusion Early nursing interventioncan use for neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and can well control sign and clinical symptom of neonatal,improve the prognosis of neonatal and enhance survival rate.It has great clinical applica-tion value.关键词
