非小细胞肺癌纤维支气管镜活检物中microRNA21的表达及意义

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression level and significance of microRNA21 in non small cell lung cancer tissue sample by bronchoscopy biopsy .Methods Thirty cases of non‐small cell lung cancer were selected as the case group and contemporaneous 30 same age persons undergoing the health physical examination were chosen as the control group .Real‐time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to determine the microRNA21 expression lev‐el .Results The microRNA21 expression level of the case group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0 .05) ,so did adenocarcinoma compared with squamous carcinoma(P<0 .05) .The microRNA21 expres‐sion level was correlated with TNM stage in non small cell lung cancer tissue (P<0 .05) ,but not related with the gender ,age ,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P>0 .05) .Conclusion MicroRNA21 is up‐regula‐ted in non‐small cell lung cancer bronchoscopy biopsy ,which is related with the clinical stage and pathological type , and could be regarded as a specific tumor marker of lung adenocarcinoma .关键词
