This study put forward to build “Special Cultural Zone” in Beijing of "Three Hils and Five Gardens" Region, by using the experience of special economic zones, to protecting the heritage resources of Royal Garden in Beijing ,restructuring of the natural ecological basis, improving the cultural industry chain.关键词
