Abstract
Since the concept of the human setlement has been put forward, many countries around the world have been trying to explore the pleasant living environment and improving the living conditions for more than half a century. Through exploring in recent years, many big cities have systematic theoretical research and the practical experience in human settlement. As the foundation of smal and medium sized cities in the stage of rapid development is weak, the exploration and atempt for them are relatively scarce. At present, Chinese urbanization rate exceeded 50%. Smal and medium sized cities that facing developing chalenges need to promote the research of evaluation and construction of human setlements.关键词
