Abstract
Wu Zhihui believes that to improve the quality of young people,the most important is to go abroad to study,learn from foreign advanced science and technology.To this end,he and Li Shiceng,Cai Yuanpei and others launched the move-ment with vigour and vitality.Although the plan does not lead to the plight of thousands of students and students in the o-riginal situation,but Wu Zhihui,who advocated the education of overseas education,after all,to create a new way for the work of the Chinese modern education has made a positive contribution.关键词
