肝硬化患者主要照顾者的负担现况及影响因素研究
Burden of Primary Caregivers of Patient with Liver Cirrhosis and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the burden of the primary caregivers of patients with liver cirrhosis and its influence factors. Methods With convenience sampling, 242 patients with liver cirrhosis patients investigated by Caregiver Burden Inventory (CBI), Caregiver Reaction Assessment (CRA), and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) then multivariate analysis by non-conditional logistic regression analysis was conducted for its influence factors. Results The score of the burden of caregivers of cirrhosis patients was 31.91±13.40. Of the total, 15.3% of the interviewees had no burden of care giving, while 80.2% of them had burden of mediate level and 4.5% of them serious burden. Compensation, time of care giving, disrupted schedule (SP) were the risk factors for caregivers' burden while self-esteem was the protective factor. Conclusion Most primary caregivers of patients with liver cirrhosis have burden of mediate level and more attention should be paid to caregivers of patients with cirrhosis decompensation, those with a long-term of care giving, those with disrupted schedule and those with low self-esteem. Personalized, comprehensive and multi-factor intervention will benefit the decrease of burden of caregivers and the improvement of their quality of life.关键词
