耳穴贴压联合西药治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效Meta分析
Auricular Pressure plus Western Medicine Treatment for Primary Hypertension:A Systematic Review

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of auricular pressure plus conventional western medicine treatment on patients with primary high blood pressure. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about auricular pressure and conventional western medicine in treatment of primary hypertension were searched in PubMed, EMbase, The Cochrane Library,Web of science, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang Data from the establishment of databases to March 2015, and other relevant journals and references of the included literature were also searched manually. The screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, data extraction was completed by two reviewers independently and the methodological quality assessment was evaluated according to the Cochrane handbook. Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 15 RCTs including 1435 patients were enrolled. In all trials ,the results indicated that auricular pressure plus conventional western medicine treatment could significantly enhance the effective rate of lowering blood pressure [RR=1.17,95%CI(1.12,1.23),P<0.01], improve the clinical curative effective rate[RR=1.29,95%CI(1.16,1.44),P<0.01], reduce the systolic blood pressure of patients [SMD=-0.66,95%CI(-0.86,-0.46), P<0.01] and decrease the diastolic blood pressure of patients [SMD=-0.59,95%CI (-0.79,-0.39), P<0.01]. There were significant differences in the effect comparison between experiment group and control group. Conclusion Auricular pressure plus conventional western medicine treatment is more beneficial than western medicine alone for primary hypertension. In addition, restricted by the normalization and consistency of the study, the clinical promotion should be further verified by more quality clinical research.关键词
