摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe the the ultrasonical appearance of carotid vulnerable plaques and assess the relativi-ty between the carotid vulnerable plaques and risks of ischemic cerebrovascular disease by Color Doppler Ultrasound. Methods The patients having carotid plaques were divided into observation group (cerebrovascular accident group) and control group (non-cerebrovascular accident group), the size,number and nature of carotid atherosclerotic plaques were de-tected by Color Doppler Ultrasound. And the relativity between the carotid vulnerable plaques and risks of ischemic cerebro-vascular disease was by assessed line Logistic regression analysis. Results The carotid vulnerable plaque in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were higher than the patients with non-ischemic cerebrovascular disease (P < 0. 05). The detection rate of carotid stable plaques between the two groups have no statistical significance(P > 0. 05). Conclu-sion The Color Doppler Ultrasound can assess the carotid vulnerable plaques and the relativity associated with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.关键词
