美国山核桃不定根形成过程中相关蛋白质的鉴定及功能分析
Identification and function prediction of proteins during the adventitious rooting of pecan hardwood cuttings

Abstract
The expressed proteins during the adventitious rooting of Carya illinoinensis ( pecan) hardwood cutting were i⁃dentified and analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS to evaluate its rooting mechanism. We found 48 proteins expressed differen⁃tially during adventitious rooting of Carya illinoinensis ( pecan) hardwood cutting, 18 proteins of which were analyzed by peptide mass fingerprinting homology. The results showed that the different expressed proteins included energy metabolism proteins, adversity stress proteins and signal transmission proteins. Energy metabolism related proteins were ATP synthase, photosynthesis related proteins and enolase, etc.. Adversity stress proteins contained heat shock-related protein. Signal transmission proteins were mainly cytochrome enzymes and heme⁃binding protein.关键词
