摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Sling exercise therapy treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain , Methods:The application of digital medical rehabilitation technology to build healthy person standard multi fidus database and virtual model.Chronic nonspecific low back pain were divided into treatment group and control group .The two groups using the same sling exer-cise therapy .Following the principle of control group when treatment is painless , treatment group with ultrasonic imaging acquisition of the multi fidus cross-sectional area and other data , Import data into the software established in patients with lumbar multi fidus virtual mod-el, The control of healthy people standard data and the virtual model , adjust the amount of sling exercise therapy .Results:The treatment group patients the multifidus cross -sectional area and the virtual model close faster than the control group of healthy people , visual ana-logue scale,Oswestry disability indexevaluation improvement than the control group .Conclusions:The application of digital medical re-habilitation technology can regulate the amount of Sling Exercise Therapy in treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain , avoid blind-ness at the treatment site and treatment intensity , improve the curative effect of suspension movement .
