医用三氧治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of medical ozone therapy in treatment of cerebral infarction at recovery stage .Methods:A randomized controlled study was carried out in treatment of 68 patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage , they were randomly allo-cated into treatment group ( n =34) and control group ( n =34) .Patients in both groups were given atorvastatin calcium 20mg and aspi-rin 100 mg orally once per day .Patients in treatment group also received medical ozone therapy once per day for 30 days.The neurological deficit and activity of daily living ( ADL) of patients in both groups were assessed by using national institute of health stroke scale ( NIHSS) and Barthel Index respectively before and after the treatment .Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to changes of NIHSS and BI scores on the 15th and 30th day.Results:There was a significant difference in NIHSS scores and BI scores between treatment group and control group ( P <0.05) .There was no distinct adverse reaction seen in these two groups .Conclusion:Medical ozone therapy can improve impaired neurological function and activity of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage without obviously adverse reaction .Med-ical ozone therapy is effective and safe in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage .关键词
