Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and nursing experience of minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation in the treat -ment of thoracolumbar fractures .Methods:The 42 patients with thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital during the period from Sep 2011 to April 2014 were randomized into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the observation group ( nursing intervention ) , 21 patients per group. The pain scores (VAS) on pre-and post-operation, the incidence of complications, and the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared .Results:compared with the control group , the VAS scores on post -operation was significantly decreased in the observation group (1.6 ±0.7vs2.3 ±0.8), P<0.05; compared with the control group, the incidence of complications was obviously reduced in the observation group (4.8% vs 28.6%), P<0.05; compared with the control group, the treatment compliance (95.2%vs 66.7%)and nursing satisfaction degree (95.2%vs 71.4%) were significantly improved in the observation group , P<0.05.Conclusion:The individualized nursing intervention during the treatment of minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar fractures can significantly increase the patients 'comfort, reduce the incidence of complications , improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree , and is worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
