四川北部地区 AGT、XRCC1基因多态性与食管癌风险的关系
The Association between the AGT、XRCC1 Genetic Polymorphism and the Risk of Esophageal Carcinoma in Northern Sichuan Area

Abstract
Objective:This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between the risk of esophageal carcino-ma and genetic polymorphisms of DNA damage repair genes (XRCC1 gene Arg194Trp and AGT exon 3 gene Leu84Phe). Methods:A case-control study was conducted to analysis XRCC1 gene Arg194Trp polymorphisms and AGT exon 3 gene Leu84Phe polymorphisms between case group(n =155)and control group(n =127)in northern Sichuan area,and the distri-bution of age and gender between the two groups had no differences.Interaction effects between two genes'polymorphisms and the interaction effects between genetic polymorphisms and exogenous factors(smoking,alchohol abuse)were researched. Results:The distribution of XRCC1Arg194Trp genetic polymorphisms and AGT exon 3 Leu84Phe genetic polymorphisms in these two groups had no statistically significant difference (χ2 =0.614,P =0.736;χ2 =1.826;P =0.177,respectively). Positive interactions between smoking,alcohol abuse and the mutation genotype TT of AGT exon 3 gene Leu84Phe polymor-phisms were observed by crossover analysis,the synergy index S was 7.375 and 17.67 respectively.Conclusion:XRCC1 gene 194 genetic polymorphisms and AGT gene exon 3 Leu84Phe polymorphisms may not correlated with the susceptibility of esophageal cancer in northern Sichuan area,however,the AGT gene exon 3 Leu84Phe polymorphisms may have synergistic effect with smoking and drinking which are related with the susceptibility of esophageal cancer.关键词
