肿瘤患者家属对肿瘤患者心理治疗的态度研究

Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the attitude of cancer patient’s family members to the psychotherapy for cancer patients.Methods:Self-made questionnaire and the Distress Thermometer were applied to investigate the general information and psychological distress level of cancer patients and their family members.The attitude of cancer patients’ family members to the psychotherapy for patients and the associated factors were analyzed by statistical methods.Results:Cancer patients and their family members represented different level of psychological distress.Most of the family members held positive attitude to the psychotherapy for cancer patients.The attitude of family members were significantly different in groups with different educational background,relationship with the patient or visit frequency (P <0.05).The psychotherapy modes suggested for the patients were related with the age of family members (P <0.05).Conclusion:More education programs about psychotherapy should be given to the family members of cancer patients to get their active cooperation,as well as to give supports to the psychotherapy for cancer patients.关键词
