摘要

Abstract

Nascent polypeptide -associated complex (NAC)is a heterodimer consisting of αand βsub-units.There are three members of α-NAC in rice genome,which are localized in chromosome 1,3 and 5 re-spectively.The full open reading frames of the three α-NAC genes were cloned by RT -PCR from Oryza sati-va cv.Zhonghua 11.Further bioinformatics analysis revealed that the amino acid sequence of Osα-NAC was conserved in NAC and UBA domains,and showed the highest similarity to ZmNACs.Os1gNAC shared 67.4% and 81.8% homology with Os3gNAC and Os5gNAC respectively,whereas Os3gNAC and Os5gNAC shared 69.5% homology.These results would provide references for protein purification and structural biologi-cal study,and lay a foundation for functional analysis of Osα-NAC.
