萝卜离体再生体系的建立
Establishment of in vitro Regeneration System for Radish
摘要
Abstract
To select the best hormone combination for inducing adventitious shoots and adventitious roots,the in vitro culture of cotyledons with petiole from 8 genotypes of radish were carried out in this research.The results showed that Xinuoxiaoqing and Cuilüradish had high -frenquency regeneration potential.The optimum medium for their adventitious shoot induction was MS +30 g·L -1 Sucrose +0.7% Agar +5 mg·L -1 6 -BA +0.05 mg·L -1 NAA,and that for adventitious root induction was MS +30 g·L -1 Sucrose +0.7% Agar +5 mg·L -1 6 -BA +0.10 mg·L -1 NAA.关键词
