外源钙对干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化和光合特性的影响
Effects of Exogenous CaCl2 on Membrane Lipid Peroxidation and Photo -synthetic Characteristics of Cucumber Seedling Leaves under Drought Stress
摘要
Abstract
In order to approach the related mechanisms of exogenous CaCl2 in improving plant drought resistance,the simulated drought stress with PEG was used to study the variation of seedling growth,chloro-phyll content,membrane lipid peroxidation,proline and protein accumulation and photosynthetic gas exchange parameters after foliar spraying of CaCl2 .The results showed that foliar spraying of CaCl2 could promote the cucumber seedling growth,increase the leaf chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency,and decreased the membrane lipid peroxidation and the accumulation of proline and solu-ble protein.So the impact of drought stress on cucumber seedlings was alleviated,and thereby the plant drought resistance was increased.关键词
