山东省农村劳动力非农化现状及趋势分析--以诸城市林家村镇下庄村为例
Analysis on Non -Agriculturization Situation and Developing Trend of Rural Labor in Shandong Province Taking the Xiazhuang Village of Linjiacun Town,Zhucheng City as an Example

Abstract
Realizing the non -agricultural transfer of rural labor is the requirement of promoting the new -type urbanization construction and the agricultural modernization,and also the premise of solving the is-sues of agriculture,farmer and rural area and building a well -off society in an all -round way.In this re-search,the rural labor of a village in the middle area of Shandong Province was investigated through social in-vestigation.The data were collected by interview and questionnaire survey.After analysis,the factors affecting the non -agricultural transfer of rural labor and the developing trends were obtained,and the suggestions were put forward in the end to solve the non -agriculturization of rural surplus labor.关键词
