烟台市城郊农户土地流转意愿及影响因素分析
Analysis on Farmers’Land Transfer Willingness and Influence Factors in Suburbs of Yantai
摘要
Abstract
As a result of scale and intensive production of agriculture,the land transfer phenomenon is increasing day by day.Farmers are the main participants of land transfer.Respecting their wishes is an major premise to make the land transfer more smoothly.In this paper,the suburb peasant households in Yantai were chose as research objects,and their land transfer willingness and related influence factors were analyzed to provide certain quantitative supports for the qualitative research of rural land circulation.Moreover,some rea-sonable suggestions were put forward.关键词
