From Quality Management to Quality Governance: Based on the Empirical Study in China

Abstract
The paper puts forward a term "quality governance" combined with the concept of "governance"and "quality co-governance". Based on the theory of corporate governance structure, the theoretical structure of quality governance is established by analyzing five participating subjects, including enterprise, market subject, social intermediary organization, news media and government. In the end, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the system reform of quality management.关键词
