摘要

Abstract

The key points of apple industry have been analyzed from two perspectives, namely natural standard and purposive standard, and the following conclusions have been reached: the distance of apple plants and the space-time support of ecological resources constitute the ecological key contents of natural standard of apples; and weakening the natural biological stress of wild apples through the purposive improvement to reach the purposive effect of fulfilling the consumers' satisfaction is a result of good conversion from natural standard to purposive standard. The purposive standard of apples is primarily expressed from three aspects - natural quality, operation and sale, as well as continuous improvement. Therefore, only with the policy of "standard going first, credit being the top priority, creating the brand and achieving great success" could push the apple industry to an ideal status.
