摘要

Abstract

The paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign standardization of drinking water taste and odor evaluation. The main problems in standardization of drinking water taste and odor evaluation are due to the absence or incomplete of the odor and taste standard samples database, evaluation method standard, and the public satisfaction measurement method. It is necessary to research the drinking water taste and odor evaluation standard combined with sensory and quantitative indicators, establish and improve the standard system of drinking water taste and odor evaluation.
