摘要
Abstract
This paper studies the basic concept and the status at home and abroad on standard knowledge relation and organization, which is different from the traditional relation based on citation. This paper pays more attention to the knowledge relation based on the standard content similarity, and studies the key technology about content similarity calculation: weight calculation and relation judgment, as well as the technical framework and the effect of the standard knowledge relation system implementation.关键词
