Abstract
The standardized management possesses an important position in the modern enterprise management. The nature of power industry enterprise requires more stringent security management, device management and personnel management. Establishing standardized enterprise management system and implementing the standardized management is an important way to achieve the healthy, rapid and efficient development of power plants. The core management standards in power plant operation are the standards for work tickets, operation ticket usage and management, running shift management standard, running mobile inspection management standards, and regular rotation and test equipment management standards. The paper analyzes the necessity of these standards, introduces their main content, explicates standardized management plays an important role in the production management of power plants.关键词
