Abstract
The paper reviews the development of social responsibility at different stages, discusses whether enterprise should bear social responsibility, what is the content and object of responsibility, and the significant role of standardization for social responsibility development, elaborates the main development results and the representative point of view of each stage, presenting the ideological context and effectiveness of international social responsibility development.关键词
