发达国家老年人社会工作服务成效评价标准经验分析
Evaluation Standards on Gerontological Social Work Function in Developed Countries

Abstract
Developed Countries have a long history in gerontological social work and evaluation. This paper analyzes the characteristics and experiences of developed countries in gerontological social work and evaluation. The characteristics can be summarized as follows: setting clear values and using these values to guide the development of gerontological social work; clear quality standards; legislative foundation for quality standards; mature professional standards; clear and few evaluation index; focusing on outcomes instead of process; using quality evaluation models. These experiences provide reference to the development and evaluation of gerontological social work in China.关键词
