Construction of evaluation index system of core competence of general nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct the core competence evaluation index system of general nurses.Methods:A to-tal of 3 1 experts engaged in the general practice of clinical care,general nursing management,general medicine education who were selected from 10 communities,2 second graed A hospitals,3 third grade A hospitals in Taiyuan city were investigated by using Delphy expert consultation.Results:The expert consultation authority coefficient was 0.87,familiar coefficient was 0.83,judgment coefficient was 0.92;after two rounds of expert consultation,core competence evaluation index system of general nurses included 7 first grade indexes,41 sec-ondary indexes,index connotation 41 itms and evaluation standard of each index;weight value of first grade indi-cators fluctuated from 0.029 4 to 0.344 2,consistency checking CR value was 0.034 6,secondary index weight value fluctuated from 0.001 5 to 0.108 3,consistency checking CR value was less than 0.05,it showed that the weight value settings were valid.Conclusion:Core competence evaluation index system of general nurses was fo-cused,and the results were scientific,reliable and credible.It could provide detailed and quantifiable basis for training courses,training,examination,evaluation and so on.关键词
