炎症性肠病病人生活质量与自我效能、焦虑、抑郁水平的相关性研究
Correlation study between quality of life and self efficacy,anxiety,depression level of patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the relationship between the quality of life and self efficacy,anxiety,depres-sion level of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:A total of 101 cases of patients with inflamma-tory bowel disease were investigated by using the general situation questionnaire,inflammatory bowel disease quality of life scale(IBDQ),inflammatory bowel disease self efficacy questionnaire(IBD SES),hospital anxie-ty depression scale(HADS).Results:Quality of life score of patients with inflammatory bowel disease was(162.53± 21.60),self efficacy score was(209.31±28.37),anxiety score was(7.49±4.05),depression score was(7.27± 3.67),total quality of life score and each dimension score were positively correlated with self efficacy,and were negatively related to anxiety and depression level,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Quality of life of patients with inflammatory bowel disease had correlation with self efficacy,anxiety and de-pression level.The nursing peosonnel should pay attention to the psychological treatment of patients,improve patients’self management and coping capabilities,improve self efficacy,so as to improve the quality of life.关键词
