2型糖尿病合并脑血管疾病病人足部危险因素筛查及护理现状分析
Analysis of screening and nursing status quo of foot risk factors of type 2 diabetes patients complicated with cerebral vascular disease

Abstract
Objective:To know about the screening results of foot risk factors in type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral vascular disease and status quo of nursing behavior,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for the related researches.Methods:A total of 105 diabetes patients with cerebral vascular disease from a third grade A hospital received the foot self care evaluation and foot screening.Results:There were 82 cases (78.1%)with answer error of the foot daily behavior habits in diabetes patients with cerebral vascular disease;and there were 77 cases(73.3%)with answer error in the common problems of foot.There was statistically sig-nificant difference in the abnormal dorsalis pedis artery pulse,ardanesthesia,acupuncture analgesia,pressure loss,ankle reflex and VPT between the groups of patients with ABI<0.9 and ABI≥0.9.The logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease,LDL C,history of smoking and foot screening status were the risk factors of foot disease in type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral vascular disease.Conclusion:The screening re-sults of foot risk factors were not optimistic in type 2 diabetes patients complicated with cerebral vascular dis-ease.The educators should do further screening and research on foot status of diabetes patients with other chro-nic diseases through clinical research and specialist consultation,so as to truly get the targets of early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention,and to take the corresponding nursing measures.关键词
