飞秒激光与传统超声乳化白内障手术的临床对比研究

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of femtosecond laser surgery and phacoemulsification in patients with cataract. Methods A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. 40 patients with 44 cataract eyes in control group were treated by routine phacoemulsification and 40 patients with 47 cataract eyes in control group were treated by femtosecond laser additionally. The capsulotomy diameter, capsular tension ring, capsule size and operation time difference were compared between two groups. The vision and Intraocular lens decentration rate were compared between two groups. Results The capsulotomy diameter in study group was significantly less than control group (P < 0.01). The apsular tension ring in study group was significantly more than control group(P < 0.05). The capsule size in study group was significantly less than control group (P < 0.01). The operation time in study group was significantly less than control group (P >0.05). The vision in study group was significantly better than those in control group during a year (P < 0.05) and the adverse reaction rate was significantly less (P < 0.05). Conclusion Femtosecond laser combined with phacoemulsification has a great clinical effects which improve patients′ vision and reduce adverse reaction rate makes it worth for clinical application.关键词
