Abstract
To explore the effect of silk cocoon shell hydrolysates on cellular immunity of normal mice ,the proliferation of the lymphocytes was detected by MTT assay ;the blood leukocytes were classified and counted by using the method of blood smear ;the ratio of CD4+T and CD8+T was detected by FACS ;and the secretion of cytokines was detected by antibody microarrayfollowing the male BALB/c mice were respectively fed with low(50mg/kg) ,middle(200mg/kg) and high dose(500mg/kg) of silk cocoon shell hydrolysates for 6 weeks .Compared to control group , the spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability of the mice in high ( P<0.05 ) and middle ( P<0.01 ) dose groups were significantly increased . While the value of the middle dose group was 4 times of the control group ..In addition ,in the blood leukocytes of the group treated with silk cocoon shell hydrolysates ,the ratio of eosinophils and neutrophils significantly decreased and the ratio of mononuclear cells and lymphocytes re-markably increased .The ratio of CD4+T and CD8+T in the middle dose group was significantly increased ( P<0.05 ) .The silk cocoon shell hydrolysates promoted the mice cytokines secreting such as IL -17、IL-6、IFN-γ,and the secretion of IL-17 of the middle dose group was 4.5 times of the control .These results show that the silk cocoon shell hydrolysates enhancs the cellular immunity of normal mice .关键词
