摘要

Abstract

To study the role of diatomite as pharmaceutical excipients ,mainly study the effect of its disintegrating time on tablet and the differ-ence of disintegrating time between diatomite and common disintegration .Select prescription of Thiamazole Tablets which the disintegration time is qualified .On the basis of that ,the fillers in Thiamazole Tablets are replaced by three batches of diatomite though gradually changing the amount .Observe the effect of disintegration time on Thiamazole Tablets and compare the difference between diatomite and conventional disinte-grants ,such as CMS-Na ,PVPP ,L-HPC .Then study the effect of acidity on the disintegration time of Thiamazole Tablets which use diatomite as disintegrants .Disintegration time of tables are all within the prescribed scope when use diatomite as disintegrants .Although its speed is slower than PVPP ,it does not exist the increasing trend of disintegration time as the dosage is adding ,which is different from CMS-Na and L-HPC . At the same time ,the degree of acidity has no obvious effect on disintegration time of Diatomite -Thiamazole Tablets ( P>0.05 ) .diatomite as disintegrants can not only ensure the disintegration time of table within the prescribed scope ,but also is not affected by the acidity of solution . And the disintegration time is not obviously changed when the amount of diatomite is altered ,therefore have important research value .
