香菇菌丝体中SOD的提取工艺研究

Abstract
Using the direct method (without any treatment ) ,to extract superoxide dismutase (SOD ) of the mushroom mycelium ,and optimize the separation and extraction conditions .The optimal extraction technology of SOD in mushroom mycelium was phosphate buffer pH 7.8 ,concentra-tion was 50mmol/L ,2 times volume and extracted twice .关键词
